We're callin' Happy Hour early today, mainly coz we're in something very much like a pissy mood. And, contrary to popular opinion, drinking DOES help at times like these... if only to mellow out our crotchety old self. There's a reason "Attitude Adjustment Hour" is another euphemism for afternoon imbibing. A GOOD reason.
Another reason... as if I really needed one... is we received this beauty in today's mail:
That's a box of CAO Italia Novellas, whose main claim to fame is they feature Italian tobaccos. That's a new one on me, because all the big manufacturers always tout their "Cuban seed tobacco," "finest Honduran tobaccos," shade grown Connecticut tobaccos, and so on and so forth. But Eye-Talian? Never heard that before. We did a bit o' research before we popped for these guys, which were featured as Cigar.com's "special of the week" recently. The guys who write inner-net cigar reviews generally gave these sticks a thumbs-up and that was enough for me.
